Delivery and Availability of your Order
Next to each item we sell there are Availability Icons. These are updated daily to ensure that you have the most up to date information regarding stock availability and delivery options.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day items are delivered as standard throughout Mainland UK* Next Day. Order before 3pm Mon-Fri to qualify for Next Working Day UK Delivery. (Excludes the postcodes AB.IV, KW PH15-44, PA20-78)

Call and Collect
These items are available for collection 1 hour after your order has been placed from our warehouse at Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd, Unit 3 Riverside Works, Reservoir Road, Hull HU6 7QD
Book In Service
For businesses that require a set time slot for their delivery. We can offer this service on order and the couriers will ring and book in the delivery with you at a given time.
Other Information
Other than Next Day delivered items, deliveries are made within the time scale given on the availability icon next to each item. For orders made over the Weekends and Bank holidays items will be dispatched the Next Working Day for delivery the following day. (Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).
Free delivery is on all orders over £350.00 excluding VAT and over.
We publish our delivery prices so there are no nasty shocks at checkout!

We are able to specify a day for delivery upon request, please enter date required into the shopping cart system. For Next Day* delivered items (which excludes AB,KW and IV postcodes) the order must be received by 3pm.
Saturday am delivery can be arranged at a charge of between £14.95 and £34.95 per consignment (no limit to number of items in the consignment).
Please Note
In the event of a failed delivery on the first and second attempt, the recipient will be left a card asking them to contact the depot to rearrange delivery.
The undelivered consignment will be held at the local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will sent back to us and further charges may be incurred by the buyer for redelivery.
All consignments are delivered by Night Freight Parcels and Palletline and we request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Deliveries of larger orders of 8 rolls plus may be made via pallet service and are sometimes left to the kerb side only. Help may be required to move some items to your premises.
We also assume that access is available for HGV'S for larger orders.
Any damage or short delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours.
Important
Please ensure that your goods are inspected prior to signature for damage and that any arrangements for the fitting of floor coverings are made after the delivery has been made.
Once the goods have been signed for in "Good Condition“ the carriers will reject any claim for damages.
